It helps if you tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, whether you use Outlook on the web, Windows or Mac, and send a screenshot if you can.

Installing

In Outlook, open Get Add-ins, search for AI Legal Toolbox and select Add. To install it for everyone at your practice, your Microsoft 365 administrator can deploy it from the Microsoft 365 admin centre under Integrated apps.

Signing in

Sign in with the same Microsoft account you use for Outlook. If the sign in window closes straight away or keeps asking, allow pop-ups for app.ailegaltoolbox.com.au in your browser and try again.

Nova cannot see my mailbox

At the top of the Nova tab, select turn on and sign in again. Nova only reads your mailbox after you have allowed it, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Connecting Smokeball

Open Tools, then Smokeball, and select Connect. Once connected, Nova can file emails to matters and record time against them, always waiting for you to confirm first.

What Nova remembers

Open Tools, then Memory, to see everything Nova has been told. You can change or delete any of it there, or ask Nova in chat to forget something.

Billing

Manage your subscription from Tools, then Settings, then Billing, or email us and we will sort it out for you.

Your information

How we handle your information, and where it is stored, is set out in our privacy policy. To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, email us.

Removing the add-in

In Outlook, open Get Add-ins, then My add-ins, and remove AI Legal Toolbox.
